J.H. Fendrich Golf Course

J.H. Fendrich Golf Course

J.H. Fendrich Golf Course plays host to “The City” qualifier and either first or second round of the tournament, alternating each year with Helfrich Hills.

J.H. Fendrich is one of the most popular destinations for tri-state golfers. Designed by architect William Diddel, J.H. Fendrich Golf Course opened in 1950. Nestled just off HWY 41 and Diamond Avenue, this beautiful layout offers golfers a scenic tour of rolling hills, surrounded by mature trees, bordered by Pigeon Creek, with well-manicured tees, fairways and greens. Fendrich is open to the public, and maintained by the city of Evansville Department of Parks and Recreation.
